Help us

Keep your family & friends alive with an AED.

Five New Zealander's suffer a sudden cardiac arrest, every single day.

Yet every week, when our friends and family make use of our local sports grounds, we are not prepared for the unexpected.

Josh Margetts Story

Every year, more than two thousand New Zealander's will suffer a cardiac arrest outside of a hospital.

We are raising money to supply Automatic Electronic Defibrillators (AEDs) to sports grounds around the Greater Wellington region.

What is an AED?

AED stands for Automated External Defibrillator.

Commonly referred to as a defib, an AED is a medical device that, if required, will administer an electric shock through the chest wall to the heart.

AEDs are very clever machines. While automatically assessing a patient’s heart rhythm, the AED will use voice or visual prompts to guide the user through the rescue process.

Survivor story

"

I was very lucky the club had a defibrillator on hand. Without that I probably wouldn't be here."

How can I help?

Glad you asked. Just click on the donate button and choose your donation. All proceeds go to buying AED’s.  But there’s more – Fill the Stadium.

Each $1 donation buys you a seat in our virtual stadium. When 10 or more seats are purchased, your donation is entered into the raffle draw. So, the more seats you buy, the more chances you have of winning.
